Simbiosi Converters were born to allow all those who, out of necessity or because of their technique, use fixtures with internal hex to subsequently create prosthesis for the implant cases through prosthesis with multiple implants.
They are mainly used when the internal engagements exceed a disparallelism of more than 20°, where it would be necessary to distort the rotational engagement, removing it completely, with the consequence of a full load on the screw.
The converter allows you to overcome this difficulty carrying the engagement from inside to outside, increasing the possibility to carry out precise and multiple passive prosthesis, without distorting the original implant.
